Our Approach

Development Plan

A long-term development is often lost with travel programs. Training and preparation is usually done with a short-term focus that is geared towards winning at that moment rather than a long term process of development. Our teams and our athletes will always compete to win, but more importantly to us is that your child develops in multiple ways. We do not care about how many home runs or strikeouts you have at the age of 12, we want players at 17/18 years old in a position to earn a spot on a college roster.

As an organization, our goal is to teach players to learn how to play the game the right way while also developing individual skill sets that best fit the player. Our team focus is through a long-term scope that focuses on:

  • Teaching players the fundamental aspects and elements of the game. We want our players to play hard to win with a solid understanding of game situations and discipline to execute the fundamentals.
  • Creating a repeatable training plan to skill development that they can continue from when they start with us to when they graduate.
  • Instilling the intangible values and character traits of giving your best Effort – Attitude – Focus & the importance of being a good teammate.

We take great pride in our development plan for individuals. We implement training plans used by college and professional players, as our plans were built by our professional coaches. Our goal is to give players the best information and resources available to be able to help them become the best version of themselves. Some things you can expect regarding our individual and training focuses:

  • Pre Hitting and Throwing Activation for proper warmup and game prep routine building.
  • Scheduled Throwing/Pitching Development Routines including arm care and pitch development.
  • Fielding development systems based on position and demands of the game.
  • Hitting Training to create complete hitters by improving bat to ball, swing movement/mechanics, pitch recognition/swing decisions, and develop bat speed and power.

We want players to understand what they need to do to get better and what it takes to get there. We want the players who don’t need to be pushed but want to get better. By setting this plan we aim to develop WINNERS and COMPETITORS both in SPORTS and in LIFE.
