Our Mission
Mission Statement
Northeast Baseball (NH) was founded to teach our players how to play the game of baseball the right way. Our focus is on the long-term advancement and improvement of our players skills, in game strategy and handling the mental aspect of baseball.
We seek only players whose goal is play baseball beyond high school. We believe this goal is achievable with a tireless work ethic, continuous skill and physical training paired with in game experiences.
Our program expects each player to always have a positive attitude, give 100% effort, and focus. We want players who take accountability for their actions and development and go about their business with intent. Pairing these character traits with being a great teammate, we feel we can help all players who buy into the process achieve the goal of playing in college.
North East Baseball (NEB) - How it started
Our organization was founded by Scott Patterson in 2008. Scott’s vision was to not only help baseball players in New England get the opportunity to play college baseball but also prepare them for the rigors of college baseball. He accomplished both goals by providing high level training programs and having his teams play in elite baseball tournaments around the United States.
During this period, over 1,000 NEB players have played at the collegiate level and over 50 NEB players have been drafted by Major League teams.
About the Program
NEB-NH is an elite baseball program with a goal to help its players perform their best. For the U14 and under teams, attention to the development of the sport is the main focus while U15 and above focus on getting the players ready for the collegiate and/or pro-level. In order to perform the best, players need to be surrounded by like-minded and comparable skill-level players. Our teams are selective in order to achieve this goal. Our expectations are high but attainable. We want the best for all of our players and in order to get them ready for the next level, we expect our athletes to be bought in both on and off the field.
NEB and NEB-NH follow the same principles and mission for each of our players and teams. Players may interchange the location of programs year to year based on what is best for each player and team. Team setups will be fairly identical, but practice, game and tournament schedules will be different from team to team. While each division works generally independently of each other, we are always working together to build on the foundation on core principles that NEB has built.
